Duties include professionally administering incoming calls via a multi-line system, greeting of guests in a professional and friendly manner, effectively work and cooperate with co-workers. Basic computer skills, multi-tasking abilities, punctuality and dependability are required. Insurance experience, insurance license, or CSR designation is a plus. Applicant will be required to learn the insurance products offered by our agency. Position is open for the Memphis, Texas office only.
